What's included in a care plan?

Is there a contract?
No long contracts. Care plans run month to month and you can cancel any time.
Do you maintain websites you didn't build?
Yes. I start with a check of the site, fix anything urgent, then look after it like my own build.
What counts as a small edit?
Text and image changes, new team members, price updates, adding a blog post or swapping a section. Bigger changes like new pages are quoted separately.
What if my website breaks?
I'm alerted when your site goes down, and with regular backups it can be restored quickly. Care plan clients get priority.
Which platforms do you maintain?
Mainly WordPress and Elementor sites, plus Shopify and Squarespace. Tell me your platform and I'll confirm what the plan covers.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. If you cancel, you keep full access to your website, hosting and backups.
