How projects with Aman Web Designs work: quotes, payments, ownership and support. Your written quote sets out the details of your specific project.

These terms apply to website design, development and care services from Aman Web Designs, run by Aman Ahmed, and to your use of this website.
Every project starts with a written quote or proposal. If anything in your quote differs from these terms, the quote takes priority for that project.
Quotes are fixed prices for the scope described in them: the pages, features and deliverables listed. The price only changes if you ask for something new.
Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately, and no extra work starts until you approve it in writing.
A 50% deposit starts the project and the balance is due at launch, before the website goes live. Larger projects can be split into milestones, agreed in your quote.
Invoices are paid through a secure online invoice. Care plans are billed monthly in advance.
Hosting, domain names, premium plugins, paid apps, stock photos and similar services are not included in the project price unless your quote says so. They are paid by you directly, so the accounts are in your name. I'll tell you about any expected third-party costs before work starts.
Your quote includes an estimated timeline. It depends on receiving content, feedback and approvals from you on time. If content or feedback is delayed, the launch date moves accordingly.
If a project is paused for more than 30 days because I'm waiting on you, I may schedule it back in around other work.
The design includes up to 3 rounds of revisions before development starts. Further rounds or major changes after approval can be quoted separately.
You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos and other material you provide, and you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your website's content.
Where I write copy for you, you review and approve it before launch.
Once the project is paid in full, you own your website, its design and its content. Third-party software, plugins, themes and fonts remain subject to their own licences.
Your domain, hosting and website files are set up in your name. I may show the finished website in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Every project includes a recorded walkthrough and 14 days of support after launch to fix any issues with the work delivered.
Care plans are optional and run month to month. You can cancel at any time before the next billing date.
I build every website to load fast, rank well and turn visitors into enquiries, but I can't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or sales. These depend on factors outside my control, such as competition, your offer and how leads are followed up.
Websites rely on services I don't control, such as hosting providers, plugins, payment and booking systems. I'm not responsible for outages, changes or problems caused by those services, but I'll help you resolve them where I can.
You can cancel a project at any time by email. Work completed up to that point is payable, and the deposit is applied to it. If the completed work is worth less than the deposit, I'll refund the difference.
